(Super) high heels (stilettos) are somewhat of a BDSM icon.

A slave in high heels is sexy but remember most slaves have to learn to wear them. But being on high heels often and beautiful strong legs in general require specific training.

As a general rule of thumb it is a good idea to keep a slave on her toes (literally) often, not only when in high heels but – actually more importantly, also when on bare feet.

This prevents malformation of the feet due to the heels, creates stronger feet and ankles, tightens calf- and thigh muscles as well as the buttocks and greatly improves her sense of balance. It also teaches her to walk more carefully and sexier.

Standing and walking on ones toes is demanding and requires quite a bit training. There is a serious risk of injury if you don’t. Plus, most slaves simply need to learn to walk in a somewhat elegant way on stiletto heels. This is not exactly an easy thing to do.

Stiletto heels are expensive and it is a shame if they are only used once and next remain hidden in the closet and unused, simply because it is too difficult to wear them. Besides, the super high heels will break quite easily if the slave has been trained insufficiently or not at all.

Bondage – especially demanding bondage positions where standing on her toes will relief other stressful or painful parts of the bondage – are a great way to train this.

Training in Real Life

I am Elsa from Switzerland. Master wants me to be on my toes almost always. He has designed two very difficult and demanding positions for me to train this.

One, is the “German Hoist’. This means my arms will be hoisted behind my back. This is very painful. The only way for me to at least find some relief from the pain in my arms and shoulders is – you probably guessed – to stand on my toes, as high as I can.

The second way train me is to hoist me up by my hair, right to the point where my body is fully stretched and I am on my toes. To find relief again I must reach higher and higher, i.e. press my feet up higher. This too is a very painful and demanding position.

Both positions by the way not only require me to be on my toes constantly, but also require me to maintain perfect balance.

The Classic – Kneeling Punishment

The classic (British) educational system brings another excellent form of training: the kneeling punishment.

For, the slave is required to kneel down – either on the floor or on something more painful, such as a washboard or gravel – and hold one or two heavy books on her stretched or half-stretched arms.

In the event she drops the books there will be punishment.

This is a very demanding exercise, designed to develop stamina. It will become painful in the arms very quickly.

Learning to cope with the pain is the idea behind this exercise. It helps her to indeed cope with the pain and develops stronger arms.

Adding extra torture, by having her kneel down on gravel for example, creates more pressure and a need to learn to ignore pain and discomfort and concentrate only on the task at hand.

Ice

Iki Shibari” is a Japanese bondage style whereby an absolute minimum of rope is being used (essentials only) and combined with the forces of nature, including snow and ice.

This requires lots of work and lots and lots of training, including training outdoor in wintertime. Yes it can be done, but it is certainly not without risk. It is paramount that the slave is in optimal condition and especially has a healthy and strong heart and vascular system. Also, in order to prevent dehydrating and excessively low body temperature this should not be done very long (for beginners ten minutes is an absolute maximum.

It will however produce “outstanding” nipples.

Hold Positions

Hold position when being punished, without the help (and relative comfort) of restraints. Many dominants consider this be excellent mental training for their slaves and we could not agree more. Whenever she is being whipped, caned, spanked or otherwise tortured or punished, she should hold her position.

Caning the upper legs is exceptionally painful and this slut is required to endure quite a few of it without being tied down. She has to hold her arms folded behind her back and remain standing (still) regardless the pain.

Having her practice this in front of a mirror is very useful and in fact an extra humiliation, since she has to look at herself while being punished.
