Knots: Parallel Position Arms or Legs
Tying hands and feet is what most BDSM-people do frequently. Yet not many manage to do that in a somewhat handy and most of all safe way. The parallel position especially, which can be difficult, especially since it is easy to get out of, if the binding is not done correctly, poses quite a lot people with problems.
It is not that difficult to do, if you stick to the method, described below. This will be impossible to escape from and …. no risks of blocked arteries, nasty irritated nerve ends and more unintentional discomfort.
Step 1: Tying arms or legs in a parallel position of course starts with placing the arms of legs alongside each other. Next, secure on end of your rope around both arms or legs. You can do this, using a glove hitch, as in the picture, or with a reef knot, based on your personal preference. Using a reef knot (and making sure the loose end ends up under the windings, will make it almost impossible for your sub to untie the bondage herself.
Step 2: Next, make a series of windings around both arms or legs (see below). These windings do not have to be tight. Make even windings. The number of windings should correspond with the width of both arms. This will reduce your subs ability to wriggle out of the bondage and will also make sure sudden moves or fighting will not result in unwanted pressure on muscles, veins or nerve ends.
Step 3: Finish your bondage with one or two windings around the previous ones, in between the arms and tie the end to on of the arms or legs, preferably at the lower (hands or feet) end of your bondage and under the arms or legs, so the knot is out of reach and your sub can not try to untie herself, using her teeth. Pro Hint: Tying the arms parallel on the back will make your sub to push her breasts forward and pull her shoulders back. Be careful though, not every women is flexible enough to do this and it can be painful and put a lot of strain on the neck and shoulders. But, your sub being made to expose and promote her boobs and nipples may be very appealing.
