Prepare for Punishment

A personal tip: Disallowing her the use of a toilet during corner time is both appealing and useful. However, do bear this in mind. Kidneys are very sensitive organs. In the event she has kidney related problems or if she recently suffered from a kidney or bladder infection please do NOT let her wait in the event she needs to go to the bathroom. What happens is this. If she has to “hold the load” the kidneys will very quickly be presented with an overdose of salt.

The need to visit the bathroom only arises by the time the bladder has been filled to its maximum holding capacity, hence storage of excess urine will have to happen elsewhere if the “warehouse” is not emptied. This temporary storage area will be the kidneys and as a result they will be presented with more salt than they can handle. This may cause serious kidney problems, especially for those, vulnerable to kidney-related health problems.

Preparation

The next phase is where she prepares herself for the actual execution of the punishment. If her buttocks were not exposed before, now is the time to lower her pants, lift her skirt (or undress, whichever the disciplinarian prefers) and assume the required punishment position.

Most disciplinarians will want her to do this slowly, in order to make her – even more – aware of the gravity of the situation. If there is such a thing as a special punishment spot or area (such as a dungeon, a specific room or a designated corner in the room) she must go there now.

Kissing the Hand

Experienced disciplinarians will get the most out of this phase by again letting her recite her wrongdoings, making her verbally ask to be punished, if she knows recite the punishment she is about to receive and thank her educator for being kind and patient enough to punish her once more and cope with her lack of discipline and obedience.

Also, she will frequently be required to express her respect for the instrument of punishment and the hand, that is about to punish her, by kissing both. Some disciplinarians will have their young ladies do this after the disciplining process as well. However, due to the pain and after effects this will not be half as intense as having her do this prior to the execution of the punishment itself.

All of this is again an important part of the classic discipline ritual and you can never have enough ritual, when it comes to classic punishment.

The Execution

The punishment At this point there is no need to go deep into the aspects of executing the actual punishment, since much of that is covered in other articles. However, there is some good advice of a more general nature:

When it comes to classic discipline the disciplinarian will do wise to take the “this is going to hurt me more than it will hurt you” approach, in order to emphasize the breach of trust and the lack of obedience.

And the other general piece of advice is to go slow.

Take your time, pace around her before administering the actual punishment and take sufficient time between strokes, in order to make her feel the full effect of each of them and avoid a pain crescendo that will only help her.

You will want to take your time and if you are delivering the strokes “by the dozen” take a break between each of them. This allows for a bit of recuperation for her and rest for you, so you can concentrate on the next series.

There is another area that is much debated between disciplinarians: the question whether to talk while administering punishment or, instead, be silent. Much of that is a matter of personal preference as well as part of the training program, the disciplinarian finds most useful. Quite a few young ladies simply need to be told over and over again, including during punishment. However, you may want to consider this. Silence is golden. Not saying a word during the execution phase will very likely throw her back on her own thoughts, doubts and wrongdoings and as such, silence can be even more powerful than words.

The punishment doesn’t stop after the last stroke has fallen. In order to tie it all together now she goes back to her corner – or, alternatively, stand in front of the caning bench she was on before – endures the pain and contemplates the entire punishment while being left alone.
With her now sore behind exposed, she either stands or kneels and endures the pain and shame for quite a while, being disallowed any moral or physical support or after care, while her educator enjoys the results of his work.

It is important she now feels alone, in pain, shame and agony and very, very small without support for a while before she is allowed to seek the shelter, comfort and support of her Lord and Master. By doing this, these aspects will become more important to her than before and that is one of the main objectives of any punishment: intensifying the bond between the educator and his young trainee.

Experienced disciplinarians will not let the need for beauty fall at this point. Instead, the will want to see a beautiful position and posture during this phase as well, standing or kneeling in the preferred position and a position, that generally underlines the young lady’s position as well as the fact that she has to be a pleasure to the eye at all times, i.e. even when in distress.
