La Derrière

The area is called everything, from lower cheeks, to buttock, to butt, to whatever. And within the BDSM context it is usually connected with spanking, caning and whipping. But there is a lot more to this versatile and appealing area of the slave’s body. So in La Derrière we will look into everything BUT flogging, whipping, caning and spanking. And we can assure you – it is a lot.

First of all, very few male doms can resist the sight of a neatly exposed female behind awaiting use. This is something that – from a dominant’s point of view – you should take into account. Don’t start to do anything with it immediately. For starters, just enjoy the view and – like you would taste a good cigar or wine – let the flavor roll through your mouth, so to speak. Enjoy it as your mind visualizes whatever plans you may have for it later on.

You have many options to position the slave in such a way, that you can just enjoy the sight of her rear end: on her knees, her butt nicely up in the air for example. Or bent over a chair, the couch, a spanking bench, the kitchen table or anything else you can think of. Your options are virtually endless.

By all means, do bear two important things in mind:

♠ Flogging, whipping or caning her butt is an appealing thought. But don’t go there too quickly. There are many other options first and you can always end the session with that. However, caning or serious flogging has a tendency to render her buttocks useless for other uses for quite a while, so make sure you do some clever planning.

♠ There is absolutely no hurry. While you enjoy the view, your slave waits. And while she waits her mind races at a hundred Miles an hour coming up with all sorts of possible scenarios. By all means do not disturb that process. It will greatly help you. Just like good French cheese and wine need time to adjust themselves to room temperature, so does your slave. And just letting her “rest” for a while will do exactly that.

Constructional details

The buttocks are largely nothing else but some very powerful muscles and fat. Inside are bones (the pelvis and the hips) and inside these are some very vital organs, such as intestines and most of the genital and reproduction organs. These however are will protected by the muscles, fat and bones. Since the behind is what we sit on, it can usually handle quite a bit.

The usually fleshy behind however is largely surrounded by areas that – from a BDSM point of view – are danger zones.

♦ First of all the kidney area (right above the buttocks – starting at the height of the tailbone on either side of the spine). This area (in between the tailbone and the ribs) should be avoided at all times when caning, flogging, spanking and whipping, since this may cause serious kidney damage.

♦ The hipbones (on either side of the body (these hard the hard, somewhat pointed bones you can feel on the hips). Again try and avoid these when caning or spanking, since you may do muscular damage as well as bone damage there.

♦ The tailbone. This too may either be damaged or may even break as a result of blows and it is usually painful.

♦ Last but not least – especially from the point of view we are taking in this section – there is the anal area and especially the anus itself. Whenever and where ever we will go into the specific health issues of the play forms, described in this section. In more general terms you should be aware of the following:

The outer anus is sensitive and quite easily damaged by fingernails for example. Always wear latex gloves when massaging or fingering or anally fisting – both to protect the anus as well as yourself. You may pick up very nasty diseases (E-colli bacteria are not exactly the nicest of germs and they live in huge colonies inside the rectum and intestines) and the anus is the number 1 risk area for HIV (aids).

ALWAYS cover any toy you use inside the anus (such as a dildo or a vibrator) with a condom – it’ll make the toy easier to clear afterwards and again will protect the anus and you!

Another thing to observe is this: While the buttocks can handle quite a bit they need time to recover. Bruises especially need time to heal (between two and three weeks) and the fact that you can no longer see a bruise doesn’t mean it is completely healed. Allow for at least a week after all markings hove fully disappeared. One of the problems may be that subcutaneous (under the skin) scar tissue may be formed. While you usually cannot see that, since it is likely embedded in the body fat, it will show up at a later age as rather ugly stripes, lumps and bumps on the buttocks.

Other than that, enjoy the playground.
