Rimming and finger play
Rimming and soft stimulation of the outer anal area with a fingertip or a vibrator can be a very exciting feeling and, in many cases, contributes greatly to the sexual arousal of your sub. It is also the introduction to advanced forms of anal play. If that is what you want, be patient and take your time to fully relax the area. The main problem for most subs is the mental part of anal sex and she needs to feel fully comfortable with the situation and relaxed to be able to open up further. Remember that pushing your sub beyond her readiness can lead to a failed scene or worse. If you want to punish her, try rubbing the rim with fresh ginger root (carefully) which will make it “burn” for a longer period of time.
Using your fingertip to first rim, then slowly and carefully penetrate may also be the first step on the ladder to more intense play. Again, take your time here, be careful and patient. The more careful you are when taking the first steps, the more success you will have in later stages of your “training program”. Communication and gentle but persistent persuasion are keys to successful anal training.
Buttplugs
Buttplugs are fun and again make a great training tool. They are not very expensive. Make sure you buy very flexible ones and – if you are new to this – start with the smallest one available. Always wash buttplugs prior to use and immediately afterwards. Covering the plug with a condom prior to use will protect it, makes cleaning easier and will also protect the sub from possible infections. In the event you are planning to go further, it is a good idea to buy a set of different plugs with different sizes so you can introduce a bigger one once your partner is used to the first one.
Make sure you only buy buttplugs that have a “stop end” (usually a ball shaped or flattened ending) so the plug can not slip inside unintentionally. Plugs can remain inside for a longer period or time and – when used in conjunction with a special little harness – can be worn under plain clothing just like a dildo.
Ball Chains
A ball chain (a.k.a. “String of pearls”) is a series of usually rubber balls, interconnected with a string of rope. They come in various sizes – bigger or smaller balls, or more, or less balls – and the objective is to insert the balls one by one into the anus, filling it up and leaving them there for a while, after which they are removed again (which is part of the attraction).
You need to be pretty careful with these. First of all, most people buy a string with balls that are simply too large. Secondly, the interconnecting string needs to be very firm and checked regularly, since you do not want to end up with one or more balls, that cannot be removed anymore, at least not without surgical help. Your best bet is to go to a dedicated gay shop and buy a high quality string. And test the interconnecting string every time, prior to use. Give it a couple of firm pulls. If it breaks, it is always better to have it brake in your hands.
Penis penetration
Once your partner is ready for this – some may get to this stage instantly, others require getting acquainted – penis penetration can be a lot of fun for both. To the sub it is a very special feeling. To the dom anal penetration usually is very appealing because the anus is much smaller, the friction is very intense and the pressure around the penis is a lot greater than inside the vagina. As a result, the erection as well as the male orgasm will be stronger. (Tip: if you are a dom and want that same excitement during vaginal penetration, try using a cockring).
Sperm entering the intestines will do no harm at all, but it may feel funny the first time it happens. It is very common and normal to feel the need for relief (i.e. a visit to the bathroom) directly after anal penetration and – especially if all this is new – diarrhea is not uncommon either. The anus may remain sensitive for a few hours or sometimes days as a result of the uncommon use of the circular muscles.
