Inspections – or physical exams – are another popular form of medical related play. But bear in mind, not all inspections are medically related.
Physical examination in a “medical” context usually has to do with the slave’s sexual ability. In other words, is she wet enough, are her sexual abilities good enough.
Even though you will find lots and lots of personal ads, usually advertising doms wanting to perform inspections, actual inspections – especially by third party dominants – are very rare in the Maledom/femsub world. To many dominants – those without a partner especially – it is a popular fantasy that hardly ever comes to life.
Between partners however such inspections are very useful in the context of wetness training, where the slave is required to be ready for sexual use any time and she is required to make sure her vagina is well lubricated all the time or at least most of the time. To most women this is not only exciting, but it will actually very soon turn into a habit, one they cannot easily stop.
Inspections/exams of course are paramount in training programs, especially those, relating to overweight.
Examination
Nursing revolves around psychodrama. But that does not mean it should be taken lightly. No, in fact although quite a bit comes down to role play, the dominant especially should play his role seriously. The easiest way to do that is by adapting a role, such as the doctor, and being strict and firm.
There is no room for “patient involvement” here. No, the doctor should be the old-fashioned doctor and the patient does as she is being told. Strict, firm and a form of cruelty that should originate from “looking at the case, rather than looking at the person”. In other words, a sort of academic, clinical, distanced attitude.
Every medical session starts with an examination of course and this is a matter of building up fear and uncertainty. Sop the doctor does the examinations he wants to but doesn’t explain. Instead, lots of “hmm’s” and “tsk tsk” will work very well, without any further explanation. Shaking your head and looking disturbed also greatly helps.
The longer the physical examination lasts, the better.
Of course an interview should also be part of the introductory phase of the session and the line of questioning should be harsh, at times almost like an interrogation. Asking females about sexual fantasies for example is an excellent thing to do. Also, DO ask her if she gets aroused by other men (or women).
Then there is the discussion of the proposed treatment. This is more a one way “announcement” rather than a discussion, actually. Again it should be strict and firm, with lots of guilt placed on the patient. Of course it is all her fault. She hasn’t been taking care of herself, she has dirty fantasies, she should eat less (or more), live healthier ……. you name it. You” find your own arguments based on your personal situation.
