Breast Test

I hate wimpy patients and I do have a short fuse. That is why I like to start with a breast exam. This offers me great opportunities to test her.

I will have my patient take of her top and bra and reveal her breasts and next position herself properly for examination. I like them standing up straight, chin up, hands neatly folded on the head so I can thoroughly examine their tits.

I will put on my gloves and start with some introductory feeling and mild squeezing. She of course mist breathe regularly and stand still. Soon I will make the squeezing more painful and I will pull, squeeze and twist the nipples. One should of course test her pain reflexes thoroughly.

Since, as an amateur doctor, there isn’t much “treatment” you can do in this area the breast examination is a great start for the rest of the session. Actually not much more but an introduction to what is to follow.

General

My next step will be to do a series of generals tests. Much of what you can do here depends on your creativity and budget. I prefer long examinations and I have a well equipped practice. This allows me to look at her tonsils, perform eyesight tests, listen to her heart and breathing and take her blood pressure.

I will do several tests multiple times and let her work out in between. It is a lot of fun to see her do all sorts of gymnastics in front of my desk, half dressed and her hands still on her head. These will not leave their position until I am done testing.

I like to humiliate my patients and make it tough on them. Let’s face, all this is for my fun, isn’t it? So I like to stretch things to their limits.

Intimate Tests

Many amateur doctors will make the mistake of going for the intimate parts too quickly. Actually, you should postpone this for quite a while. That will help you to build up tension.

So, I save the best for last. Once we get to this stage, and only now, will she have to fully undress – in front of my desk, under my scrutiny – sit on “the chair” and spread. Yes I am cruel so my specula will be cold (actually, I keep them on ice) and I will change gloves (these too are kept on ice), again as an extra form of cruelty. Lots and lots of lubricant are being used and if she hasn’t shaved, prior to her her visit, I will shave her first.

Quite often, just to fully humiliate them, I will take great effort in scrubbing their genital area and anus thoroughly. The more embarrassment, the better, is my motto. And yes, there will be cold water only.
